  3. Letter of Application March 22, 2013 Dear Reviewer: In my career search, I have identified several areas of interest. The area that peaked my interest most was managing rental property. The declining economy and the decline of new construction has made it more difficult to get approved for a home loan. Of course, the government has lowered interest rates to encourage people to buy, however, the market remains stagnant. I feel the market is strong for rental property. My strong background with home repair and remodeling, communication skills and computer skills make me the best person for this position. Additionally, I am in good Academic standing with my school and have taken various courses that have exposed me to extensive work that has required a lot of time and dedication on my part. Also, I am able to multitask very well and balance several projects at one time. To ease your viewing of my resume, I have broken it down over several of the following slides. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Troy Fulcher, Electronic Career Portfolio -- Troy Fulcher
