We must train ourselves to become innocent with a pure heart. We do that though prayer, by putting God’s Word in our heart, and by staying away from those things that can corrupt us. • We must learn to love like a child does. If we do not know how, we can learn how through prayer and by learning from God’s example. • We must learn to be dependent on God and to trust in His timing and judgments. • We must learn to believe every Word that God has told us and be obedient to that Word. • We must learn to be forgiving. • We must learn to be humble and never allow pride or hunger for power to make us inflate our egos.
