In my role as branch coordinator at an educational consultancy, I led a diverse team of 16 members to achieve an ambitious target of 45 admissions in one week. By creating a structured roadmap, I divided the team into four focused groups, assigned specific targets, and maintained regular performance updates. Daily goal briefings and motivational strategies, including aligning team goals with personal aspirations, played a crucial role in our success. Ultimately, we surpassed our target, securing 55 admissions in just six days and receiving the best team award.

The Illustrative Situation When i was working in an educational consultancy, I managed a team of 16 members as branch coordinator. My leadership quality came forward when my team along with me was given a target of getting 45 admissions in a weeks time period.
Action Taken For this huge target I made a rough draft on how to work or the road map. Firstly, I divided the team into 4 groups and assigned each group specific areas to target admissions. I tracked my team’s performance by maintaining regular updates from them via reports. Daily reviews of targets and goals: I briefed the team on targets to be achieved and followed up on regular intervals. I motivated my team by providing reasonable goals, linking organizational goals to their personal goals, and giving credits to their hard work.
Result Achieved In the end we managed to accomplish 55 admissions in just 6 days. Our team was awarded the best team award and I was praised for my leadership skills.
