LCEC Linwood Community Education Centre Overview • 409 residents were questioned in the Linwood area to assess the current social requirement for services presently being provided by Linwood Community Education Centre. • Linwood residents were questioned to ascertain local perception of Linwood community services and obtain feedback on the proposed demolition of LCEC and pending plans for the new Linwood ‘Sports Hub’ facility.
