Hercules Offshore is a leading global provider of offshore contract drilling and liftboat services with operations in most of the major shallow water provinces in the world.   Our fleet of 40 jack up rigs is capable of providing services such as oil and gas exploration and development drilling, well service, platform inspection, maintenance and decommissioning operations in shallow water markets.   We operate in multiple countries and have approximately 2,100 employees world wide. Run Oracle R12 with 12 primary sets of books, 1 consolidation set of books and 14 operating units.   7. Hercules GRC • Currently using Fulcrum Way to assist in implementing all GRC modules   (AACG, CCG, TCG, PCG). • Installed Advanced Controls on a split configuration environment. Advanced Controls (AACG/TCG and CCG) hosted by Hercules, PCG and EBS R12 hosted by AT&T. • Live with 58 AACG controls. EY will rely on for 2013 SOX segregation of duties testing. • Controls include restricted/privileged access, as well as, traditional incompatible functions. • Implementing user provisioning. • TCG Examples (20 implemented): • Identify users who paid an invoice they created. • Identify duplicate payments and split POs. • Identify payments to terminated employees and changes to pay rates.

Hercules GRC - Continued • CCG Examples (30 implemented): • Track changes to AR aging buckets, payment terms, supplier additions, menus. • Track changes to employee bank accounts. • Snapshots of tolerances, approval groups, setups, etc. for SOX configuration controls testing. • PCG Examples (10 implemented): • Use to replace previous form customizations (duplicate payments across all sets of books), more stable with patches, etc. • Notifications for payments to terminated employees, payments terms changed. • Prevent users from entering a PO or invoice for a supplier they have created.
