Spain – Recent News (Cont’d) • National Court confirms booing Spain's King is not a crime • The National Court has confirmed that booing the King or the national anthem is not a crime, in a decision this Tuesday which ruled to archive the complaint presented by the DENAES Foundation for the Protection of the Spanish Nation.
