This study examines the cotransfection of the plasmid pGlu883ΔXba in the LuIII cell line, involving the analysis of uncut samples and MluI digested fragments. The aim is to evaluate the expression and functionality of the constructs produced post-transfection. Results are presented through various gel electrophoresis samples, indicating fragment sizes ranging from 0.1 Kb to 5.0 Kb. This work contributes to our understanding of genetic modifications and their implications in cellular biology.
