  2. Contents of Project Presentations Your presentation must answer these questions clearly: • What is the project? • Why are you doing this project? • Who is involved? When (timeline) and where will the project take place? • How will the project be implemented? (Include process and budget)

  3. Judging Criteria Your presentation will be judged on: • Clarity of project • Feasibility • Use of resources • Monitoring & evaluation plans • If you meet the needs of community

  4. Presentation Format • Your presentation can be in the format of your choosing, including: • Oral presentation with visual aids • Creative style such as skit, mock interview, or commercial • Presentations should be no more than 10 minutes
