MnPALS Needs Assessment Survey results for library functionality needs in 2009 were evaluated and used to develop and implement improvements. The survey identified areas of importance such as OPAC, cataloging, circulation, ILL, acquisitions, and more. Results were analyzed by library type and position to assess dependencies on PALS. The survey respondents included professionals like Keith Ewing, Joe Jackson, and Sarah Quimby. The MnPALS Executive Committee, led by Orrin Ausen and Paul Dahl, oversaw the evaluation, use, development, and implementation of enhancements based on the survey findings.
