  2. Why Movement ? • The part of the brain that processes movement is the same part of the brain that processes learning. • A multi-sensory teaching approach addresses different learning styles. Hear, See, Say, Do. • Oxygen is essential for a fully functioning brain and body. The Brain consumes 1/5th of the body’s oxygen.

  3. Let’s Get Up and Move • Take Five – Oxygen Breaks. Increases oxygen and blood flow. Toss A Move Activity. • Stress Break – Stretch sequence at your own time.
