(Check for RIF’s) Job Posted (Check for RIF’s) Applications accepted for 10 days and acknowledged Screen applicant pool for Most Qualified, run PIN check, license verification and references Schedule/ Conduct Interviews Assemble Employment Package: DC-154, 2 PD-107 Applications, RIF form, Letter of Justification, Copy of License, TB skin test (6 items) Applicant signs Conditional Offer of Employment Communicate w/ Candidate salary, forms needed, etc. Select Candidate get salary approval Regional Employment Office checks package for completeness, qualifications and salary Holds package if not complete, communicate w/Admin. Office Submit Employment Package to Administrative Officer (check for completeness) Submit Employment Package to Regional Employment Office Regional Employment Office notifies facility of final approval and requests start date. Remind Admin. Office to submit all remaining forms within two weeks to Regional Employment Office and Payroll. Facility notifies Regional Employment of start date. Regional Employment Office works 105 and again reminds Admin. Office of remaining forms. Send out rejection letters
