  3. 3GPP LTE 標準專利侵權Wi-LAN 公司控告宏達電 2012 /12/06，專利授權公司 Wi-LAN 之子公司 Wi-LAN USA Inc. ，以兩篇剛剛獲准的專利，在佛羅里達州南區地方法院向宏達電及其美國子公司提出訴訟 於 2012 年 11 月 20 日核發之 US8,315,640 專利 ，其名稱為”Methods and systems for transmission of multiple modulated signals over wireless networks”（在無線網絡上發送的多個模組化信號的方法和系統） 於 2012 年 11 月 13 日核發之 US8,311,040 專利，其名稱為 “Packing source data packets into transporting packets with fragmentation” （將源數據封包包裝為碎斷之傳輸數據封包）
