Alternative medicines and therapies have helped many people stay sane. The lockdown and staying at home wreaked havoc on everybody’s minds. People shifted from popping pills to practicing yoga and meditation. Alternative therapies help heal the body and mind. The practitioners do not heal a particular organ but concentrate on healing the body as a unit. The shift towards alternative medicines is the future.
