Caisey Harlingten founded Kapoose Creek Hamlet in 2013. Kapoose Creek Hamlet is 320 acres of private land situated on an entirely uninhabited 500 sq. mile peninsula on the rugged northwest coast of Vancouver Island. An ocean barge carrying earth moving equipment, two travel trailers, generators, fuel tanks, a few trucks, a dog, two equipment operators .
