lessons learned
Lessons Learned
  • Maintaining good communication by using deadline dates. From the onset of the project set deadlines for everything; when to communicate and when part of the project was due.
  • A wiki would be beneficial when there are 5 or more people involved in the project. Fewer than that, it may be easier to just use email as a means of communication.
