How to start? • Club activities (martial arts, ball sports, etc.) • Visit www.unisport.fi and find sport and club that interests you and contact the club. • Series and tournaments (ball sports) • Gather own team and sign up at www.unisport.fi • Court reservation (badminton, squash) • Book a court at www.unisport.fi • Individual services (training programs, fitness test, massage) • Book individual services at www.unisport.fi 6 JenniSillantaka / jenni.sillantaka@helsinki.fi / www.unisport.fi

  7. How to start? • Wall climbing • If you have never climbed before, best way to start is go to beginners wall climbing course.
