  3. SEP and TAP Grant Status • MOA for KPPC CHP SEP is moving forward at DEDI • SE CHP TAP funding process is ongoing

  4. Workplan • Draft Workplan documents have been submitted to DOE outlining phases and goals of the project. KPPC was instrumental with these efforts! • Phases include: • Program Development and Planning • Implementation of Outreach & CHP Screening and Feasibility • Program Review • Deliverables

  5. Project Schedule and Partner Roles • The Project Schedule outlines roles and responsibilities for the primary grant project • partners. • DEDI will conduct grant management and general oversight for SEP and is a sub-awardee for TAP • KAM will be responsible for meeting logistics and channel information to keep industry engaged. • KPPC will become the in-state technical assistance expert • SE CHP TAP will train KPPC for screening and feasibility and ensure a consistency of efforts and technical transfer between states and administer the TAP grant

  6. Milestones • Some milestones for the project include: • At least 4 CHP Workgroup meetings – (likely to be several more) • KY CHP Action Plan • (2) End User Workshops • (1) CHP Webinar • (4) Industry Screenings • (2) Feasibility Analyses • (1) Lessons Learned Webinar

Impacting Your Bottom Line • May 14th and 15th at the Lexington Convention Center • KAM Conference Planning meeting took place 2-19-2014 (Next Meeting is scheduled for 3-18-2014) • Revised Schedule will be released soon. Break-out sessions have been shuffled to avoid conflicts. • Speaker Names, narratives, bios, photos, topic titles due 3-18-2014. Presentation are due 4-18-2014
