  9. INTRODUCING WIRELESS CAMPUS MANAGER™ For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  10. WIRELESS CAMPUS MANAGER™ BENEFITS Wireless Campus Manager™ available from Sprint means maximized efficiency VALUE Schools are constantly challenged to fund the programs vital to today’s learning environment. mLearning programs require a number of components and each one represents an area for cost overruns. Our integrated solution provides the security of fixed costs and also reduces the personnel costs associated with implementing and managing complex mobile learning programs. PRODUCTIVITY Mobile Learning is a new and complex technology challenge for K-12 schools. CTO’s of K-12 schools are challenged with determining and sourcing all the components needed to set up and run mLearning programs. Wireless Campus Manager™ available from Sprint reduces the time consuming complexity of imaging, launching, and managing a large number of mobile devices. SIMPLICITY There are multiple touch points in any mLearning program that represent risks for school, for teachers, for parents, and for children - from lost or damaged hardware to wireless usage overruns, to internet security. Wireless Campus Manager ™ available from Sprint simplifies the process with a comprehensive program that addresses, secures, and manages each of these key components for K-12 schools. Our integrated solution with ONE contract and ONE point of contact removes the burden of managing multiple service providers and contracts. For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  11. WCM SOLUTION COMPONENTS Offered as part of the Sprint mobile learning bundle. • Policies & Procedures = A Solid Foundation Device Usage Monitoring Asset Tracker Help Desk Support Mobile Device Compliance Filter LMS MDM Customized eProcurement CIPA compliant filtering blocks inappropriate content without blocking Learning. It can be customized to allow and block lists and flexible policy profile capabilities. It contains features to balance educator and IT needs and has the ability to limit and prioritize web traffic. • Learning Management software has an educational resource library to access, share, and incorporate videos, web sites, documents, and more. It also includes blogging, closed messaging, discussions, online assignments, and groups. Bundles are also available to organize, share, and find content and lessons (with standards alignment). • We stage all devices in our warehouse and load all essential software and specified image load. This allows schools to activate and deploy in a matter of days instead of months. • This tool allows schools to manage student and teacher assets and all software licenses on devices including textbook certificates, MDM, Warranty, break/fix policy, LMS, SIMs/ESNs and more. • This is a special budget protecting feature that is only available for customers using Sprint wireless services. Email alerts are sent at 50, 75, and 90 percent usage with devices cut off if they reach 100 percent. • Support for the School’s points of contact (POC) team to assist with each of the solution modules, account questions, technical questions and support for the 3rd party applications with getting you to the correct person.  Open 8am to 8pm (EST) M-F. • Mobile Device Management manages Mobile Security, Email, Applications and Content. MDM helps to deploy, secure, monitor and manage AndroidTM, Apple® iOS, Mac® OS X, BlackBerry®, SymbianTM, Windows Mobile® and Windows® Phone devices deployed throughout the enterprise. • We work with each school or district to build its program. We customize all documents they will need such as program guide, acceptable use, student pledge, break/fix policy, warranty and more. • We build a procurement system with electronic approval to the CTO that automates the purchase order process. 12. Wireless Campus Manager™ Secure Log In • Landing Page allows for easy log in • Hierarchy user controls for specific views • Controlled access point • Single sign on available • Can integrate to existing procurement tools • Cloud Based Solution

  13. Why Wireless Campus Manager™ • Only some items are E-Ratable. • It is a full time job sourcing and managing mobile devices. • Sourcing, selecting, managing and supporting Software Applications and Management Tools typically require 2 full time resources. • Designing and maintaining policies and the training requires even more resources. • Tracking inventory, managing damages and returns is another dedicated resource. Wireless Campus Manager provides… • A good portion of Sprint’s Bundled Pricing is E-Ratable • One solution for all the support, apps and service management, one place to go, removes the complexity • Hosted in the Cloud • A full team to support and manage the day to day operations • Fast Deployment For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  14. Target Markets • K through 12 is the Core of the Wireless Campus Manager. • Charter Schools • Private Schools • Small and Large Districts • Existing customers • Higher Education • WCM will support! • Higher Ed doesn’t typically need • Procurement • MDM • Filtering • Typically a BYOD / BYOT program • Need Program Enrollment Management For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  15. BYOD –vs.- BYOT Traditional BYOD Benefits (Originally built for an enterprise model) • Allows schools to provide their students with the ability to connect to email and other internal systems but not have to deal with the inventory, logistical and billing issues. • Can secure devices with MDM during school hours with geo-fencing capabilities. • When student leaves, school deletes account and secure connections terminated. • MANAGED BYOD??? For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  16. BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology) WCM & BYOT - Taking BYOD to the next level • WCM Incorporates different stipend models into the solution • SOPA (School Owned Parent Activated) • Parent-subsidized • Offers content filtering on and off campus through our Connection Manager • Incorporates Learning Management Software (LMS) for collaborative learning • Manages signed policies and documents pertinent to each device accessing the network For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  17. FAQ’s • Can a customer provide their own CIPA compliant filter instead of LightSpeed? • Yes, a customer can already have their own filter vendor, Wireless Campus Manager™ will incorporate it into the process and solution so it becomes one solution. • Does Wireless Campus Manager™ offer design assistance if the school system wants Wi-Fi in the district's school bus? • Unfortunately it does not include School Buses. • Can Wireless Campus Manager™ be used for non-Sprint devices? • Yes it can, the solution is Multi-carrier and supports non-carrier devices. • What is the minimum number of devices for WCM? • We like to use 200 devices as a minimum guideline, but will listen to opportunities to determine if it makes sense to support a customer with fewer devices. Contact 888-298-8825 or email Sales@wirelesscampusmanager.com • Could this be applied to early learning providers like KinderCare? • Yes, the Wireless Campus Manager™ will support KinderCare levels. • Can customers that have deployed Smart Phones for Mobile Learning (Windows Phone) utilize Wireless Campus Manager? • Yes the solution can be used. There are several questions that need to be asked to properly clarify the use of the Smart Phones and how they are currently being managed to incorporate them into the Wireless Campus Manager™. For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.

  18. FAQ’s • Can Sprint Business Partners sell this or is this restricted to Sprint direct sales teams? • Restricted to Sprint Direct Sales Teams. • Who are the actual partners involved in the Bundle? • We have partnered with Air-Watch for the MDM solution, LightSpeed for the Filter solution and LightSpeed for the Learning Management Solution to provide “MyBigCampus”. However, if a customer already has one of these through another supplier, we are happy to integrate them into the process and the portal for simplicity and one place to manage the mobility mLearning program. • What about the program during the summer months? • That depends on the customer’s needs. Most Schools take the devices into the school and store them for the summer months while other Schools have them sent to a location to have them reset and imaged for the next School year. • Are there any other netbook / tablet plans supported under Wireless Campus Manager other than the 2GB and 4GB plans that were noted in the presentation? In other words, if there is more aggressive pricing available to the customer under an option such as a state contract, can we opt to use those other plans instead? • The plans listed are just National Rack plans. Special pricing plans have been discussed and available through your special pricing process. For Internal Use Only; Not Approved for External Use.
