ROAD TRIP! -to San Diego and back again-. Travel Plan. Road Trip! I love vacations and this will be the best one ever! I will take along one friend with me to Las Vegas and San Diego. On our way there, we’ll stop in Denver for the other two stops are well out of reach in a one days drive.

  1. ROAD TRIP!-to San Diego and back again-

  2. Travel Plan • Road Trip! I love vacations and this will be the best one ever! I will take along one friend with me to Las Vegas and San Diego. On our way there, we’ll stop in Denver for the other two stops are well out of reach in a one days drive.

  3. The Plan • In order to reach our destination, we’ll need to follow a map (see left) and directions ( on another document).

  4. DAY ONE • On the 1st day of my trip I will travel a total of 914 miles to Denver Colorado. That Night I will eat at Imperial Chinese at 1098 S. Federal Blvd.

  5. Day One (Continued) • The dinner at Imperial Chinese will cost $16.75 when I order the seafood bird’s nest, with shrimp, scallops, crab, broccoli, water chestnuts, and baby corn in a wine sauce.

  6. First Night • Tonight I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, which costs $99 per night.

  7. Day 2 • Today we will be traveling to Las Vegas to see the Blue Man group on Sunday at 8:00 P.M. That will cost $76.50. After going to the show, I’ll need some food.

  8. Day 2 (cont.) • I will eat at Gallagher Steakhouse at . I will order the Porterhouse Steak, Buttermilk Breaded Onion rings, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, and Sautéed French Green beans, all for the low price of $62.

  9. Second Night • Tonight we will be staying at the Luxor hotel. A room there will cost $60 per night. This is out hotel for the rest of our stay.

  10. Day 3 • Today is Sunday and I will be traveling to San Diego for the day to see the Charges play at Qualcomm Field. My ticket will cost $69. (corner of field- lower deck.)

  11. Third night • Before I travel back to my hotel in Las Vegas, I will eat at the Dakota Grill at 901 5th Avenue. I will order the Baby Back Pork Ribs with fries and corn, for $19.95.

  12. Day Four • After eating breakfast in the Luxor Hotel, I will travel to San Diego and spend the day at the San Diego Zoo. (Cost for pass is $34)

  13. Fourth Night • After a long day at the zoo, watching shows and observing foreign species My friend and I will eat at Sammy’s pizza at 770 Fourth Av, in Downtown San Diego.

  14. Fourth Night (Cont.) • At the pizza parlor, I will order a small Garlic Shrimp pizza with sliced bell peppers, red onions, with Garlic Sauce. This will cost me $10.95.

  15. Day 5 • After eating breakfast, I’ll begin to pack and tour the city. I’ll buy a Vegas hat to add to my Ladanian Tomlinson jersey from San Diego.

  16. Fifth Night • To Conclude my stay in Vegas, I will see Stomp Out Loud. That will cost me $64.90. After the 7:00 Tuesday showing, I will go to eat at the Wolfgang Puck Bar & grill.

  17. Fifth Night (Cont.) • At the restaurant on 3799 S. Las Vegas blvd., I will order a pepperoni with olive pizza and a Dr. Pepper or a Mr.Pibb. This will cost about $28.

  18. Day 6 • Today I will be traveling back to Denver, Colorado and staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel. For Diner I will eat nachos made in the microwave.

  19. Day 7 • Today is the last day of my road trip. I travel back to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Home, Sweet Home!
