They can seriously upset people and cause disruptions to regular operations. Anxiety disorders often come in the following forms: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Excessive, ongoing worry over routine issues is known as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Panic Disorder: Panic disorder is defined as sudden, extreme dread along with bodily symptoms like palpitations in the heart. Signs of anxiety disorders include: Constant anxiety or panic Easily agitated and restless Having trouble focusing Symptoms that be physical (shaking, sweating, nausea) Reasons and Danger Factors: Family history and genetics Stressors in the environment, such as relationships and job abnormalities in hormones and brain chemistry traumatic incidents Alternatives for Treatment: Medication:- Anti-anxiety medications, such as Diazepam, can aid with symptom management. Lifestyle Changes: Exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, and use relaxation techniques.
