An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and added to the Statutory Agenda for full discussion by request of a member of Council.) a. Approve the minutes of the City Council Regular Sessions held on November 13 and November 27, 2012 and the Special Sessions on November 19 (versions for minute book and Election Register), November 28, and December 3, 2012. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase of three (3) Impalas and two (2) Tahoesfrom Caldwell Country, Caldwell, Texas; approve the purchase of one (1) SUV from Randall Reed, Garland, Texas; and approve the purchase of various police equipment required to outfit the police vehicles to include installation from Caldwell Automotive Partners. [Mayor Woodward] • Discussion and possible action regarding request by Montgomery Gas Transmission, Inc. for a gas franchise to lay a gas line within city limits and right-of-way to serve Paver’s Supply. City Council will convene in closed session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 - to receive legal advice on hotel occupancy taxes regarding Comfort Suites and to receive legal advice on obtaining easements for water line project on Highway 190.
