  1. PROGRAMA DE ESPACIOS DE ALIMENTACION ,ENCUENTRO Y DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO OBJETIVO. El programa de EAEDC tiene como objetivo central la instalación de espacio como centros de desarrollo comunitario donde se otorgue el paquete básico de alimentación, salud y educación para la atención integral de la población que converge alrededor de las mismas, enfocando prioritariamente a niños, niñas y adolescentes en condiciones de riesgo, mujeres embarazadas y mujeres en periodo de lactancia, personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores.
