  11. s t r a t e g y FOEST educational strategy is ”combination of numerical methods and solutions with laboratory investigations to verify designs and improve the theoretical methods”. • Educating the engineers who have a good general knowledge base and are ready for solving different technical problems. • Giving our students the chance to be specialists in a wider range of sciences and technologies than before. However, the exercises, practices and experiments generally should be selected from the marine engineering field.
