Early Life • Pau Gasol nació en julio 6th de 1998 en el barcelona, ​​España. • Pau’s mother and father both played basketball, so Pau carried on the trend as well as his brother. • When Pau was in school, he needed to have a custom desk made because he was too tall. • When Pau was sixteen years old, he played for Barcelona’s Spanish team • Pau’s first plan was to go to school to be a doctor, but dropped out of med school after a year to pursue playing professional basketball.

  4. Rookie of the year • In 2010, Pau won the rookie of the year award. • Pau won this award in his first year playing for Memphis. • He was then awarded to the All-Rookie first team

All Star Games • Pau Gasol se aparte de muchos todos los juegos estrella • He was in the 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2011 games. • In 2006, he had 12 rebounds in all. • In 2009, he had 8 rebounds, as well as 1 assist and 14 points. • In 2010, Pau had 6 rebounds in all as well as 13 points. • Finally, in 2011, Pau had 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 17 points.

  7. Pau was in Hoops for St. Jude. • By being apart of that, it benefited St. Jude’s Children’s research hospital. • Pau was awarded with the Citizenship award because of his regular trips to Children’s Hostpital. • Pau was also a UNICEF ambassador.
