  1. Welcome to the How to Register with NCIR lesson for the North Carolina Immunization Branch. (For Business Users ONLY)

  2. How to Register with NCIR (Business Users ONLY) Please remember when you get ready to register with NCIR You must open up Internet Explorer and type in https://ncir.dhhs.state.nc.us in the address bar. When you get ready to register with NCIR start by clicking on Register

  3. Users should see the following and select Business Click the Continuebutton

  4. Select “Business Account” from the drop down box then click the Submit button

  5. Registration Form After you successfully enter your password, type the words as they appear under the password

  6. Registration Form (continued) Select 5 new challenge questions and answers, then click Create account

  7. You should see this message

  8. You will receive Email Notification You must Click on link to activate your account

  9. Before you can log in to the NCIR an administrator for your organization must add you as a user to the NCIR
