  5. Fellows key numbers (forecast) Total number : 700 +/- 50 Average contract duration 2.4 yrs Departures replaced with fellows = constant headcount, i.e. 290 ending p.a. Probability of a fellow becoming staff 16%, may increase to 18% +/- 2% due to TTE Staying as staff – 50 to 55 p.a (290 * 18%)
