Civilian Expeditionary Workforce Model

Learn about the key features of the DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce Model, including Emergency Essential (EE), Non Combat Essential (NCE), and Capability Based Employee Volunteers (CBV). This model designates a subset of employees who can respond within 72 hours to 30 days of notification for various missions. Additionally, it involves maintaining an inventory of former or retired DoD employees ready to support backfill or deployment requirements. Explore how the Language Corps Reserve Team supports this initiative.
