  2. Chapter Objectives Demonstrate how to properly measure alcohol for drink creation and replication. Explain the bar set-up for easy drink creation. Apply drink-mixing techniques. Discuss why different drinks call for different glasses and select the proper glass for the proper drink. Explain and be able to apply techniques for garnishing drinks. Discuss the basic components of commonly ordered drinks.
