  4. BACK of your paper: Types of nouns • A. common B. proper C. collective D. concrete • E. abstract • 1. This is a noun that is the name of someone or something. • 2. This is a group such as team, or family. • 3. This is a noun you can touch or see. • 4. This is an idea, such as happiness, beauty. • 5 .This is a random noun such as a chair or a plane.

  5. Write these sentences on your paper.Underline ALL nouns and label them: N,P,O,V. (nominative, possessive, objective or vocative.)THEN, write the job above the noun.( Subject, direct object, object of preposition, modifier.) 6. Sarah, take these donuts to Mary. 7. Johnnyasked Mary to walk his dog. 8. Denise’s computer fell to the floor.
