  14. A quick look at the program • Start the Investment Tracking program • The Log in screen is displayed • Enter a User ID and a password, then click Sign On • The program supports individual ID’s and security levels Screens and functionality shown is from the Level II version of the program.

The Main Screen • This screen has five sections The program menu at the top, a set of function buttons just below the menu, Investment selection drop down lists in the middle left, sub-portfolio / search criteria in the middle right, current selected investment information in the lower left and common action buttons on the lower right.

  16. Maturity Distribution Screen • This screen provides a laddered view of the portfolio. This can be a ladder to maturity or next call date. The ladder can be printed or graphed. Details on maturing items can be seen by double-clicking one of the amount fields

  17. Pending Activity List • Details scheduled activity in the current month Double-clicking an investment in the list selects that investment and returns to the main screen

  18. Investment Edit Screen • This screen is divided into six sections The top identifies the investment and is always displayed. There are five tabbed sections for balances, processing parameters, GL and other information, mortgage back investment information and variable rate information.

  19. Posting Payments • Posting payments is quick and easy. Select the investment and click the payment button to display the posting screen. Verify and change the amounts if required and click the Post button.

  20. Sample Graph This is the graph from the maturity distribution screen shown earlier. It is fully customizable and can be copied and pasted as pictured or in spreadsheet format. This makes building a board package with graphs quick and easy.
