  6. Recommendation 2: Diversity • Geographic Diversity: • 25% of CCC transfers come from 7 CCCs • 50% of CCC transfers come from 19 CCCs • Actions: • Enhance UC’s presence at every CCC • CCC-to-UC “Pipeline Initiative” • Outreach and counseling resources

  7. Recommendation 3: Success • Actions: • Promote consistency in major preparation • Align with Associate Degrees for Transfer
