With our MSP, we will not only provide you with the data, we will sit down with you and tell you what it means and provide direction on how to improve any potential gaps in the program. Report information is available at a high level and a detailed or drill-down level. You can see how the entire business unit is doing with regards to a metric like turnover, and you can see how one specific hiring manager’s turnover looks compared to the others. It’s providing the macro and micro views within your organization. There are a series of reports available to give you insight to the workforce management program. With our MSP, we will not only provide you with the data, we will sit down with you and tell you what it means and provide direction on how to improve any potential gaps in the program. Manpower works with Stanford to identify all current suppliers When the time is right, all suppliers will be notified of the program and can decide to partner with Manpower, or not. Become sub-vendor incorporating same terms and conditions Opt out of partnership with Manpower but transition employees to Manpower Hiring managers will identify their suppliers of choice to Manpower. Manpower will go directly to those suppliers with an order if it is in the best interest of the customer. Subsequently, Manpower will monitor, audit and re-tier suppliers New suppliers are suggested
