They seek a unified approach that offers clarity and consistency for all applicants. This initiative aims to simplify and standardize application forms, establish a uniform decision-making process, and create consistent criteria for Letter Modifications. By doing so, we will enhance the applicants' understanding of necessary information, ensure efficient reviews, and ultimately benefit all stakeholders involved in the permitting process.
