  4. Test Criteria • The GLT applies solely to the goal line and only to determine whether a goal has been scored or not • The GLT system must be 100% accurate • The indication of whether a goal has been scored must be immediate and automatically confirmed within one second

  5. PRICING $260,000 per stadium to install $3,900 per game to operate
