Challenges for Web Team 8 • Continuity • Projects are started and then lose impetus • Existing products should be used & enhanced • Limited resources (6 web staff) • Multiple projects, not all are feasible • Ideas need validation and market research • Is it an information or content website ? • Content drives a web site • The challenge is getting content ..
