  2. Arena • Teams consist of • 2v2, 3v3, 5v5 • Certain class combos work better • Gladiator (Top 0.5%) • Duelist (Top 0.5% - 3%) • Rival (Top 3% - 10%) • Challenger (Top 10 - 35%)

  3. Arena (continued) • Weekly points- • 2v2 @ 1800 rating grants 578 • 3v3=669 • 5v5=760 • With points you can buy items, such as weapons and armor.

  4. Arena fights • 5v5 • Is five players against five, balance is key • Knowledge of every class is needed in arena • Communication between class is paramount -Timing “CC” and “burst damage”

  5. Arena Preparation • Stacking buffs • Certain classes can “dispell” “buffs” placed on you so it is key to get vital “buffs” before less vital. I.E. fortitude (adds life) over underwater breathing (only purpose is for buffer)

  6. Arena 3v3 • Limits the entry to high level even more • Easier to get group together • Paladins phasing out 

  7. Arena 2v2 • Even more limited, as team balance is harder to find • Paladins all but extinct  • Less skill based, more combo based

  8. Battlegrounds • Supply “Honor” which is needed to obtain certain pieces of armor not able to be purchased with arena points (such as necklace, rings, boots, belts, bracers, cloaks and trinkets) • Open to all levels +10

  9. “Specs” • For every class there are different “specs” available for each class making them more or less beneficial in pvp combat. I.E. paladins may be Holy, Retribution or Protection, protection being in every way useless in pvp

  11. Retribution • Similar statistics to warriors • Used as warriors, heavy melee damage • Statistics used: Strength, Stamina, Intellect
