NPRR219 and OS EnhancementsAntitrust Admonition Antitrust Admonition ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for Members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.

NPRR219 and OS EnhancementsReview Prioritizations • Prioritization process: • ERCOT received responses from 6 companies and consolidated these into a single list • This list was posted to the April 28 workshop meeting webpage on May 27 • Consolidation process • Added the priorities of each item from the feedback received • Priority was based on the sum of these priorities with the lowest number being the highest priority • Blank priorities were weighted to be last for each individual company • ERCOT has determined that these requirements can be addressed by incrementally enhancing the existing Outage Scheduler and is not pursuing a replacement at this time. • Review posted Prioritization Spreadsheet • Prioritization • Release Proposals • General Discussion and Questions

NPRR219 and OS EnhancementsNext Steps and Action Items • Next Steps: • Materials reviewed in this meeting will be posted to the meeting webpage by End of Business tomorrow June 10th • ERCOT will initiate the first project, NPRR219 by July 2nd • Note that the previous bullet is incorrect; NPRR219 still needs to be approved at PRS • The remaining groups of requirements will be addressed based on the outcome of this meeting
