The WoW! Library is the mobile outreach division of the Fresno County Public Library. Our community librarians travel throughout Fresno County to provide library services and resources to the public. We offer on-site library cards, information on library programs, research assistance, materials for checkout, and technology assistance. Contact us to bring the WoW! Library to your community event.

  3. Fresno County Library Mission: Enrich Lives and Build Community • Library Services Offered by WoW!​ • WoW! provides outreachservices at community events. Depending on the needs, wants and restrictions of the event, the WoW! library can:​ • Issue library cards on the spot • Provide information on library services and programs • Assist with research questions • Provide materials that can be checked out to the public • Demonstrate library resources  • Provide computer and technology assistance What is the WoW! Library?​The Without Walls (WoW!) Library is the mobile outreach division of the Fresno County Public Library (FCPL). The WoW! community librarians travel throughout Fresno County to bring library services into the community and to inform the public about the many resources and services FCPL provides. WoW! builds relationships with  community partners to strengthen ties between FCPL and the community. everyone says a little bit about what she does

Employers Don't Want Rapid Response Services on Site Why? • Afraid we're recruiting employees • Disruptive to job environment • Nervous that the resources might be detrimental to the business • Corporate permission (no clear person in charge if the company is being bought or if there's a liquidation company.) • First time dealing with a closure/layoff don't know the procedures • Believe that employees don't need services
