  2. Romans 13:11 Connects this verse to the preceding command from Christ . Romans 13:9-10 Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. • And (besides)

  3. Romans 13:11 Paul writes from Corinth during his 3rd missionary journey c.a. A.D. 57; it has been over 25 years since Christ ascended to be with the Father. • And that, knowing the time [this period of history],
