  7. INNOVATIVE - HEAD BOYS EDUCATION Approved budget : 4.50 Lakhs Coverage : 1500 Boys of Std VII & VIII • North – 608 boys • South – 892 boys No. of Schools to be Covered : 102 Schools

SC/ST/OBC/Minority Boys for Skill Development Programme • Training was imparted to Part Time Instructors of Work Education and Art Education in Glass Painting, Shell work & Thermocol Carving for 5 days in both the Districts. • Total 47 Part Time Instructor were trained from North and South Goa respectively. • The Trained Master Trainers will further impart training to the SC/ST/OBC/Minority boys for 5 days in each school. North – 608 boys of Government Schools South – 892 boys of Government Schools Block Level Exhibition will be held

  9. Tribal Folk Dance Awareness • An Amount of Rs 2.79 Lakhs has been sanctioned by PAB for the Tribal Folk Dance Awareness. • 36 Schools will be Participating in the Tribal Folk Dance of Goa to inculcate a spirit of nationhood and Patriotism. • The present generation should enrich the culture of the land that has been highly cherished and built by our ancestors. • The Tribal Folk Dance Competition will be held 28th February, 2013 at Our Lady of Grace Church Hall, Margao-Goa.
