  • The forum shall specify a common and open e2e solution for supplying a variety of IPTV and internet multimedia services to retail based consumer equipment in the home network
  • The Forum shall consider the establishment of certification and logo programs to ensure the e2e interoperability
  • The Forum shall have all the key players included, e.g. CE vendors, Content providers, Network Operators, Service Providers, Network Equipment Vendors and Home Network Equipment Vendors
  • The Forum shall strive for improved Time-to-Market compared with “traditional” standardization bodies
