Enhancing Wellbeing with Jolts of Joy

Positive emotions such as joy can boost creativity, problem-solving skills, resilience, and social connections. They create an upward spiral of wellbeing, whereas too many negative emotions can hinder performance and strain relationships. Incorporating jolts of joy like connecting with nature can help counter negativity and uplift mood, leading to improved overall mental and emotional health.
