  3. Dates & Hours • July 5th- July 28th • 6:15am-6:15pm • Our camp day will begin around 8 am and conclude around 3:30 everyday.

  4. Rockport Info • The Doors will remain unlocked throughout the day. • Sign in/ Out table will be located inside of the front doors.

  5. Payment Procedure • You may pay with a check, money order, or online in your parent portal! No cash, sorry for the inconvenience. • Payments are due on Fridays the week before service or on the first day that your child attends camp. • Please make sure to have your child’s name and home school written in the memo on your checks.

  6. Medication • If your child requires any administration of medication it must be sent in the original container with the original prescription. • You will be required to fill out a medication administration form. (We have some available tonight) • If your child has been prescribed an inhaler or epipen an emergency administration form is required along with your child’s action plan. • While at camp all medication is locked up in a secured area.

  7. Pricing • 1-3 Day Rate: $94 • 4-5 Day Rate:$140 **10% discount for two children **20% discount for three or more children

  8. Tips for Camp • It is our policy that your child not bring any toys, electronics, or gadgets from home. If things get lost, stolen, or broken we cannot be responsible. • As camp staff we strongly encourage a healthy, hearty packed lunch because your child will be using a lot of energy throughout the day. • We encourage lunches to be brought in a lunch box(name on it)with a cold pack to ensure their lunch stays cool as many days during camp lunch is eaten at field trip locations. • Camper shirts will be handed out on the first day of camp.

  9. Lost & Found • Please have all your child’s items labeled with their name. • There will be a designated lost and found table everyday near the parent table we encourage you to check it out every afternoon before you leave. • When camp is over all lost and found items from both camps will be brought up to the CKC main office at 849 Jeffco Blvd. • Contact the office at 636-282-6915 if you need to come by to look for a lost item. • Office hours 7:30-4pm Monday- Friday

  10. Swimming Days • EVERY TUESDAY!!! (Weather permitting) • Please send in sunscreen & towel ( NO spray sunscreen) • Please send them ready to swim when they arrive at camp. • Please have sunscreen already applied on your child • They may bring water wings/ life jackets. • No rivets on the swimsuits (on boys trunk pockets)

  11. Skating • EVERY WEDNESDAY!!! • Make sure your child brings/ wears socks • They may bring their own skates. • $3.75 to rent in line skates, the quads are free! • They may bring up to $5 to spend at the concession stand. • Money must be in Ziploc bag/ Envelope with child’s name and grade on it. Please give to front desk upon arrival.

  12. Bowling • EVERY FRIDAY!! • Must wear tennis shoes/ closed toe shoes • May bring up to $5 for concessions/ games. This is optional.

  13. Field Trip Days • Please make sure that they wear their camper shirts to field trips that are open to the public. Such as the Science Center, Zoo, Powder Valley, etc.

  14. THINGS TO BRING EVERYDAY! • Tennis Shoes • Extra Clothes to get wet in ( or a swim suit) • Towel • Sunscreen • Lunch • 2 snacks • Water bottle

  16. Week 2: Go Wild About Camping! Powder Valley Swimming Skating Bowling (3-7) Zoo Safety House (K-2) BINGO/ BBQ with Senior Citizens (3-7)

  17. Week 3: Sports Galore! Mini Ha Ha Park Swimming Skating Sports Fusion Bowling (K-2) Safety House (3-7)

Specialty Camps • This year we are offering specialty camps that are geared toward specific interests. • In order to participate in a specialty camp your child must be going into 4th- 7th grade. • Cost: $140. There is no discounts on specialty camps nor is there a 1-3 day rate. • Specialty Camps we are offering: • Video Camp (July 10-14th) • Art Camp-(July 17-21st) • Cooking Camp- FULL • Sports Camp-(July 24-28th) • If you are interested in signing up for a specialty camp please see myself or Michelle.

  21. Leadership Program • This year CKC introduced our new leadership program. Any students in the district entering 6th-9th grade were eligible for this program. We had three outstanding participants and I am happy to announce that at our camp we will be hosting two of the lucky participants. • This program is designed to teach these students how to become leaders within our district. They will be mentored by our wonderful counselors! We are so excited to watch them grow into FANTASTIC ROLE MODELS this summer.

  29. Wee Ones Info • Pre-K Camp. • Ages: 3-5 • Must be potty trained • Hours: • Am Session: 8:30am-12:00pm • Pm Session: 12:30pm-3:30pm • Pricing: • $60 per session. You may choose to use both sessions if you'd like. If they attend both sessions they MUST bring a lunch.
