Urinary Exosome Validation T1 T2 F1 M1 A B F2 M2 Urinary Exosomes F3 M3 100 nm Aq-2 (30 Kda) Urinary exosomes were isolated and tested in two ways: a. western immunoblotting using an antibody against the well established urinary exosomial marker Aquaporin 2. b. electron microscopy. Here below are showed 2 images illustrating our results. Supplementary Figure 1: Urinary exosomes were isolated using ultrafiltration method and validated by SDS PAGE western immunoblotting with Aquaporin 2 (AQP-2) marker (panel A) and by electron microscopy (panel B).
