Annual personal direct mail to all medical and nursing undergraduates in South Africa • Annual lecture tour (Fantasy and Firsts – the sub-saharan frontier) of all SA medical, nursing and paediatric post-graduate schools • The insight and inspiration that will fill these posts must be nurtured through the formative years of healthcare training • Advertise in a key medical, nursing and paediatric journal in each target country • SAMJ, BMJ and JAMA are candidate medical journals in SA, UK and US, for example • Adverts do not have a recruitment feel and are not in the recruitment section • Position: We are seeking a select few, the best of the best - not trolling the murky depths
