ESF 1&3 – Transportation & Public Works • Civil Air Patrol • Current Operations – • Returned Mutual Aid SDIS aircraft to KY, ME, SC, and PA • Returned Ohio Wing Overhead Team • Two personnel transport missions • Closed Naples and Tallahassee bases, and relocated aircraft to safe havens for IVAN • Final decisions for Ivan air operations bases will be made Sunday night or Monday morning • Four RECON Teams and Forward Control Team on ready 4 hour deployment for Ivan • Distribution Center Management team still working in Daytona Beach • 200 Tarps • 4500 bottles of water • 15 pallets of ice • 45 cases of MRE • 1235 people served

ESF 2 – Communications • Current Operations – • Coordinating cell/sat phone requests and deliveries, phone line installations • Coordinating communications set up for T1 lines, POTS, dsl, etc for the LSAs • Approx 300 phone lines installed • Monitoring 800 MHz State Law Enforcement System (SLERS) is 100% operational with wide-area connectivity. FOUR (4) sites remain on generator power,three (3)restored since yesterday. • 342,948 customers wireline outages reported in impacted areas • 86,036 services restored to customers wireline from yesterday 9/10 • Over 730,000 services restored since Hurricane Frances (voice and data lines) • 97.5% average of wireless coverage • Approx 1123 cell sites have been restored • 35 COWS- (Cellular on Wheels) • 5 SAT COLTS - (Cellular on Light Truck) • Approx 5500 cell phones • 244 wireless air card • 12 toll free voice conference lines

Deployed to Monroe County for Recon. • 1 Strike team of Rescues deployed to Monroe County. • Unmet Needs – • None at this time • Future Operations – • Planning for Hurricane Ivan and responding to requests • Continue assessing the potential flooding situation in areas impacted by Frances and potentially Ivan. ESF 6 – Mass Care • Current Operations – • ARC • All kitchens have been moved out of harms way and will re-deploy post landfall • 176 ERVs deployed statewide will stay operational, serving MREs instead of hot meals until post landfall • TSA • 6 Canteens and 19 Comfort Stations are and will remain operational • 25 Canteens are stage out of state and waiting for post landfall response • Both agencies • Will only pull their assets if the county EOC orders closures • Are stocking units and staging areas from the LSAs to facilitate rapid redeployment post impact • Shelters as of 1615 09/11/04 • 43 Open with 2,612 shelterees • 31 Shelters On Standby

ESF 8 – Health & Medical • Current Operations (continued) – • 369 professional staff deployed to date • 22 Special Needs Shelters open with 748 residents • Orlando Special Needs Overflow Shelter to be opened Sunday afternoon • 5086 patients/residents evacuated from 161 health care facilities. • 1 acute care facility and 1 rehabilitation center remain closed. • 2805 oxygen cylinders delivered to hospitals and/or special needs shelters • 337 portalets and 20 dumpsters delivered • 253,000 cans of DEET and 63 cases of hand sanitizer delivered to LSAs. • 58 nursing homes continue on generators. • 3 county health department structures with significant damage. • DCHATs have been deployed. • 11 high risk radioactive material facilities have been surveyed with no damage reported. • Unmet Needs – • None at this time
