GOLIVE PROJ DATE: 10/01/13 Completed Steps: • Current Place card Pages are filled out with relevant content • Place Card Pages without content have been suppressed visually for deferred usage • Pages have been consolidated where content tends to be duplicated ( training and training schedules ) • “BEASCOUT” Button now points to the recruiting page • RECRUITING PAGE has basic overview BSA created video and BUTTON redirecting to BSA National “beascout” page.

GOLIVE PROJ DATE: 10/01/13 Completed Steps: • Top Top Menu links are live and go to correct locations • Resource Library link Under “forms” is working as a dynamic forms library with expanding categories and SOME docs backfilled already • Added two additional “BEASCOUT” Buttons on the right sidebar and bottom footer menu • Samples of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are currently a link under “be a scout “ on top menu

GOLIVE PROJ DATE: 10/01/13 STEPS YET TO BE COMPLETED BY 10/01: • Final approval for legal notices for site ( HKNOWLES ) • Setting of those pages in the bottom menu • Adding of any other critical content deemed necessary before launching • Actually changing the DOMAIN RECORDS to redirect traffic to new site ( new site URL will be fully masked by existing URL cflscouting.org ) • END OF UPDATES ___ NPD 9/25/13
