  9. Research Agenda Questions & Topics In your agency… How were research agenda questions generated? Who was involved? What are the major topics covered by the research agenda? How has the research agenda increased transparency? What challenges have occurred as a result of having a research agenda?

  11. Research Methodologies for Answering Questions How does your agency ensure that researchers are checking for missing data, outliers, implausible data/errors? (casewise, pairwise, listwise) How does your agency ensure that internal or external researchers check all assumptions prior to going forward with analyses? Have you created Connections in CEDS to make those questions transparent and replicable? How does your agency ensure that results are reviewed and/or verified by the agency prior to making them public?

  13. Outreach & Awareness In what ways has your agency increased its own capacity to conduct research and evaluation? How has this increased capacity been communicated? What types of requests have you been able to fulfill with the increased capacity? What has been successful? What still needs to be done?

  15. Program Evaluation In what areas does your agency conduct program evaluations? What is typically reviewed in these evaluations (e.g., implementation, outcomes, impact, cost-benefit)? Are these evaluations conducted by internal evaluators or external evaluators? How are the results used? How could the results be used more effectively?
