Overview of Territory • Founded december 1999 • 46 Veritas employees • 3 offices: Milan, Turin, Rome • Key customers: banks, telco, utilities, outsourcers • Main competitors: Primary Competitors in HA Area are ServiceGuard on HP-UX (VCS has a very small install base in Italy on HPUX) and SunCluster; Microsoft • Best VCS Market penetration is on AIX
