A continuous staff training program is implemented to ensure that high standards are maintained in line with latest initiatives and developments in care practices as may be laid down in appropriate, regulations and the Care Quality Commission guidelines. There is a Provision for good quality training and refresher training throughout the Company for staff. BNR Agency Ltd recognizes that all staff must undergo training and development that equips them to perform their work competently and must provide evidence of that training. Following the standard recruitment process and before any staff is offered a work placement, he or she will be taken through formal induction training. Each employee will be suitably qualified and trained to carry out their role effectively and special attention will be given to the training of new employees and employees who have transferred or promoted to other roles. Knowledge, skills and qualifications will be updated by further training or study as the needs of individuals are identified or a specific training requirement has become evident as a result of new technology or changes within the care industry. Training will be conducted using both internal training facilities and external training/education providers, and where need arises, bespoke training will be provided. Training is offered free of charge to our staff unless stated otherwise, and this information will be relayed prior to the training taking place.
